SHIPPING POLICY – CAFESY
1. DELIVERY METHOD

Tracking Number:
Customers will receive an email with their tracking number and tracking link once the order has been shipped.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Customs and Duties:
Any customs fees, import duties, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address.
Cafesy is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer absence
- Delays caused by the courier or customs processes
5. ISSUES AND SUPPORT
If the tracking number does not show updates for several business days, or if the package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact our support team at: support@mycafesy.com
An investigation will be initiated with the shipping carrier.
6. CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY
If the package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must take photos before opening it and contact our support team immediately.
LEGAL NOTICE
By placing an order with Cafesy, the customer expressly agrees to this shipping policy.
The customer acknowledges that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Cafesy’s control, including but not limited to logistical delays, international shipping processes, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Therefore, the customer accepts that reasonable delays may occur without constituting a breach of contract by Cafesy.
